As a Business Development team member you will be a key part of our Sales team. You will work directly with the company founders to find new revenue opportunities by qualifying, developing and converting leads. We are looking for a hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset who has a track record of success, possesses the organizational skills to handle a high lead flow and is intellectually curious about the needs of potential customers.

Desired qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in enterprise software sales.
- History of quota over-achievement or setting and crushing targets in a previous role.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
- Previous experience in a lead generation role.
- Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
- Analytical approach to sales and decision-making processes.
- A passion for professional development and helping people grow.
- Proactive - able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop and generate new meetings and opportunities from leads with companies around the world.
- Collaborate with founders to establish sales strategies including target companies, prospects and messaging.
- Actively listen to customers and handle objections.
