Pledge-Tech is a technology consulting startup funded in 2019. Currently, we collaborate with our partners in Cyber Security sector to provide a specialized consulting business. We offer IAM, SOAR, and TPRM platforms to mid-to-large sized businesses. Our office is currently in Natick; however, we are planning a relocation to Waltham next year.
Job Description
We are looking for a tech savvy Cyber Security Salesperson to help jump start our consulting business. You will learn the ins and outs of our Cyber Security solutions, so you can help attract new clients. You will also manage customer relationships by ensuring their systems are operating correctly and that clients are satisfied with our services. We are looking for people with prior technical consulting experience, or degrees involving Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Responsibilities
• Business development with Cyber Security solutions
• Work with the team to develop a winning sales strategy
• Work with clients to ensure that all of their tech services are operating as intended
• Approach new clients and sell our technological solutions.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential enterprise customers to meet
• their needs
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and continuously improve business development/sales flow through feedback
• Analyze customer needs, industry trends, sales status, competitor activities and new potentials.
Ideal Candidate
• Two years work experience within IT, pharma, biotech, or health care areas (preferred)
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Very keen to learn new knowledge and practices
• Excellent communication and group work skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Diligent and hard working
• BS/BA degree in IT (or related major) or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Base $50,000.00/year, plus Commission & Bonuses, Compensation is adjusted every 3 months to a higher level upon the results.
