Experience we are looking for:
• Full Stack Developer having previous working experience (MERN stack) as a Node.js Developer for a minimum of 2 to 3 years.
• Good command over Data Structures & Algorithms
• Must have strong experience of 2-3 years in React JS, Node JS, Express JS , JavaScript ,Mongo DB
• Experience in building and supporting high-performance Web applications
• The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX and Node.js
• Development experience designing object-oriented JavaScript and SVG
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Must have experience in integrating third-party services.
• Strong knowledge on Progressive Web Apps is a Plus.
• Good to have experience previously on SAAS development
• Most importantly has a lot of fun building products, solving problem and being a part of a team.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and lead technical team of 3-4 people with best industrial / start-up practices
• Need to have a strong coding background where Currently must be into coding and team management.
• Take sole ownership of your product(s) - keep a keen eye out for bugs that might arise, ardently resolve them; make feature additions to your product.
• Write reusable code and build libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of applications from the user point of view
• Optimize application for security and scalability
• Build product deployment pipelines, define and implement deployment strategy
• Develop and write APIs, documentations and visualize usage
• Build and scale the infrastructure as needed
• Lead the development, unit-testing and deployment of NodeJS applications.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot production issues and system failures; determine corrective action improvements to prevent recurrence.

Key Deliverables:
• Ability to design, develop and document scalable SaaS-based applications and APIs.

• Possess in-depth understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experienced in building RESTful APIs and have good knowledge of RESTful design

• patterns, designing and developing large scale enterprise-grade distributed systems and applications.

• Dedication to delivering high-quality work and adhering to timelines

• Develop very high sense of ownership, the zeal to build scalable Web Applications

• Work with a performance oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments

• Build customer facing technology product for global customers

• Design and develop end to end applications with very high quality
