We’re looking for a creative and thoughtful marketing professional who gets a real buzz from setting and achieving ambitious performance based goals.You’ll be a founding member of the Picasso Labs sales & marketing team, working primarily with our business development manager, Georgia, whilst also communicating frequently with the product team to develop the messaging and market positioning of our tool.

Our system not only measures measures how consumers' real-time response to imagery and video changes based on the unique visual properties of each creative, but also ensures that every single image and video produced is consistent with your brand guidelines and meets all of your best practice goals. In a nutshell, your job will be to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans that communicate the value of Picasso Labs to potential customers. As a Sales & Product Marketing Associate at Picasso Labs, your responsibilities will include the following:

--Developing positioning and messaging for all of Picasso Labs' product launches.
--Creating collateral to aid with and optimise sales processes e.g. industry specific overview decks, website copy, blog posts, sample insights reports, training guides etc.
--Working with existing customers to coordinate and produce case studies
--Coordinating and executing PR launches to showcase our company and building a strong external brand presence for Picasso Labs.
--Sitting in on sales meetings in order to identify what the team needs to maximise sales
--Communicating with the product and engineering team to understand how the product is developing and how this can be reflected in our marketing output
--Analyzing the results of our activities and inputting into marketing strategy to drive revenue and sales.


To be successful in this role, we think you’ll need to be:
- A compelling story-teller who is exceptional at communicating, both verbally and written
- Able to understand and fulfill the needs of both product and sales teams
- Highly organised and meticulous with details
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Obsessed with product and equally fanatical about supporting our customers
- A strategic thinker who is confident presenting to C-suite stakeholders.

We’d also like it if you have all or any of these:
- A degree from a top-tier school
- Previous experience working in or with marketing, branding or advertising teams.
- Previous experience at a SaaS company.
