This position is available as up to 100% remote, although local candidates may be preferred. Our offices are located in Lake Forest, Orange County, California.

--Join our team--

Once onboarded, you will be given ample freedom to make decisions, and micromanagement will be kept to a minimum. This means that you must demonstrate reliable independent processes when faced with new tasks. You must also be capable of encountering the unexpected with clarity of thought and patient resolve.

In our small company setting you will be able to develop your skills in sales, marketing, product development, and more. Your role can and will expand to be include areas where you show great skill and capacity.

--Mission--

Your mission as our Success Champion will consist of helping our photobooth owners succeed with their photobooths and our other products. You should do this by walking them through any questions they may have in the ordering process or with any technical aspects of operating the booth.

--Goals--

Increase customer happiness with our brand and maintain a 90% satisfaction rate
Reduce incoming ticket count by 2% month over month through automated support system utilization

--Acts--

Understand and answer all customer support questions using your personable nature
Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date
Increase customer delight through extraordinary customer service
Demonstrate empathy through verbal and written responses
Perform hardware repairs on internal components of computer systems
Monitor and respond to Facebook posts about technical support matters
Manage daily service related communications via our support ticket system, phone, Facebook, and e-mail
Lead customers towards the right products, upsell, and/or help schedule a call with our sales team
Input customer information into our Hubspot CRM for our sales team
Travel to trade shows
