We’re looking for an empathetic Director to lead our EMEA sales team to ever-greater success.

As the Lead for this team, you'll report directly to our VP of Sales. We're looking for someone who is excited by pushing the boundaries of what's possible, as you'll join a company that is doing ground-breaking research and innovation work.

There are two main facets to this role: building and nurturing the EMEA team; and ensuring the team’s performance and output meet the company’s overall goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Taking new, disruptive products to market, including shaping the sales motion and messaging
* Hiring a diverse, capable sales team
* Running on-boarding & training to minimise the time it takes for a new joiner to be fully effective
* Providing coaching and support to individuals
* Shaping career development and progression within this team
* Developing best practices in consultation with your counterpart in the US
* Continually working to improve performance within the team
* Determining the most useful metrics to use to track and inform process improvements
* Running the forecasting process
* Monitoring our pipeline and ensuring we’re well set up to meet our ambitious targets

* You’ve worked in B2B enterprise sales and led the push to establish a technical product in a new market
* You’ve had exposure to different sales methodologies
