As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your main objectives are to:

* With a High Touch approach, manage 10-12 large value accounts
* Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and business objectives
* Optimise time to implementation and time to value for our customers
* To constantly be thinking forward about how we can add more value to our customers’ business
* Work closely with clients to build them into advocates
* To communicate feedback from our customers to our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
* Proactively work with sales to monitor retention and maximise renewal rates

Requirements

It is essential that you demonstrate the following:

* Proven, successful experience in High Touch Customer Success at a tech company, preferably in SaaS
* Experience of working with 10-12 high value at one time
* Curiosity: you never want to stop learning
* Exceptional verbal and written communication
* An ability to listen carefully and ask meaningful questions
* A positive, problem-solving attitude
