Job description

We are hiring a Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’re expected to provide timely, articulate and thoughtful customer service to real estate salespeople and brokers. Perchwell is a leader in New York’s PropTech vertical, providing listings management, client collaboration tools and cutting edge market analytics.

- Understand the challenges our customers face and the solutions we provide
- Provide technical support to customers through our online help center
- Help customers understand how Perchwell’s key features can address their day-to-day real estate information needs
- Cultivate trusting relationships with customers
- Consistently and reliably document customer-facing activities
- Collaborate with customer success team members as well as design and engineering teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback
- Introduce new features to customers, ensuring buy-in and adoption
- Take part in onsite training

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Interest in the New York real estate market
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and use software programs
- Strong initiative with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations and creating a meaningful customer experience
- Desire to work hard and add value in a fast-paced start-up environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Past experience working with software
