Sr. Technical Recruiter - Singapore based SaaS CRM company₹5L – ₹8L
• Pepper Cloud is a Singapore based product startup that is building data-driven SaaS solutions based on AI/ML.
• We are looking for a soft-spoken, people driven, articulated Technical Recruiter to manage and handle mid and senior level hiring and recruitment at Pepper Cloud.
You'll be working independently while coordinating with the senior management. You will bring your experience and creativity to fill in key positions. Your key responsibilities would include:
- Hiring - Aggressively focus on hiring of the right candidates for the open job positions in the company. This will be your key job responsibility.
- Recruitment - Fully manage the recruitment process through pre-screening calls and interviewing potential job candidates on technical and behavioural aspects.
- Headhunting - Sourcing the right candidates through social platforms (Linkedin, Facebook) and niche platforms (Github, Stackoverflow) to quickly fill up the vacant positions.
- Onboarding - Onboarding of new employees.
- Networking - Participate in tech conferences, and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Experience - Minimum 2 or 3 yrs. of practical experience in hiring software engineers (frontend, backend, fullstack, database), product manager, technical lead, solution architect etc.
- Education - Bachelors/ Master's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Skills - Should be good in personnel relations and liasioning activities.
- Attitude - Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
- Experience in a startup company - Software Products
- Willingness to work independently.
- Experience in hiring for senior level positions.
- Basic knowledge in operating Human Resource Management System (HRMS) software.
