The Director of Knowledge Graph will build and organize People.ai’s human activity and business data into the most complete business graph in the world. Harvest our Knowledge Graph for actionable insights that will drive a differentiated product line.


Responsibilities
* Drive the team to develop use cases that provide data-driven guidance and insights to different personas across Sales and Marketing.
* Focus on frequent value delivery through vertical iterations and on key metrics like DAU and PMF.
* Build the world’s most complete and accurate person, company, and deal graph.
* Process, clean, store, and rank billions of data points from a variety of sources (human activity data, CRM records, third-party datasets, and manual feedback).
* Grow the People Graph team and actively developed a leadership bench inside the team
* Establish a team structure to develop the data, infrastructure, search, and analytics capabilities within the team.
* Continue to evolve our software development process to ensure customer-centric development with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering working together.

Requirements
* Experience building data-intensive products from scratch in a B2B environment and taking them to Product Market Fit.
* Approach product building by working on small iterations, measuring success through usage KPIs, and adapting based on user feedback and those usage metrics. 
* Shipped products with frequency (daily, weekly, monthly in an agile fashion).
* Demonstrate pragmatism to drive a large-scale technical evolution, especially involving organizing, searching and analyzing large datasets. 
* Experience and aptitude for growing and supporting strong engineering teams.
* Strong culture of collaboration with other teams and functions.
