The Role

Pelcro is #1 Subscription and Membership Management Software. We leverages modern technologies and cloud infrastructures to help business succeed in their online transformation strategy. Our platform handles billions of requests a month and is growing fast.

We are looking for an ambitious business development resp to engage with customers from end-to-end. Typical sales will be $25k to $250k, and typically involve multiple stakeholders, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on outbound strategies to qualify leads for the Sales Team
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and the Sales Team
  • Record and track prospect information in HubSpot
  • Respond to inbound lead requests from the website - it happens ALOT
  • Develop and improve the sales and marketing strategy
  • Contact and schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media;
  • Attend conferences to work the promotional booth and to network with potential clients;
  • Explore new potential market segments

Requirements:

  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career;
  • Working proficiency with common software tools (Microsoft Office, G-Suite, CRM);
  • Excellent and smooth verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better;
  • Comfortable working both autonomously as well as working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team;
  • Pluses include previous experience in education; a relevant degree (business, marketing, communication).
