Customer Success Representative UK - based in Amsterdam

This is a great opportunity to get in early at a VC-backed start-up that is delivering a refreshingly new type of online shopping experience.

Peddler is the first social marketplace where you can buy the things you want together with people all over the world. We connect users and merchants, allowing them to form a community with similar interests to drive better pricing for brand-name products. Merchants can reach entire communities of customers with a single action, ultimately reducing the cost of sale and putting back these savings where they belong, the customers’ pocket.

We’re looking for a support guru who thrives on providing support through many different channels of communication. You’re a great match if you possess fantastic troubleshooting and analytical skills, are driven to help customers and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out. Peddler is looking for a kick-ass Customer Success Representative. Specifically, an ambitious individual who is looking for a real challenge, and is excited about the prospect of educating and empowering our customers to become better users of our platform.

This is an important role within Peddler - the customer is king - and we need someone who is pro-active, fluent in English, have an understanding of how to keep everybody super happy and loves getting things done!

This is an important role and includes the following tasks:
- Respond to customer service questions across all platforms (Zendesk, live chat, telephone, and social media)
- Follow up with customers and merchants regarding customer queries
- Ensure a great line of communication between the buyers and merchants
- Follow up with customers after they receive their orders
- Make sure our ratings and reviews go over the moon
- Resolving inquiries
- Providing accurate information about the company’s products or services
- Handling a high volume of calls and tickets
- Proactively part of improving automation and process management as part of the customer success team

- Passionate about creating a successful start-up from the beginning stages
- Comfortable with taking on a variety of tasks and are well organized
- Strong communication, influence and presentation skills
- Customer-centric
- A great listener that can understand the problems or concerns people may have
- Charismatic and outgoing
- Think on your feet and be a great listener as well as communicator
- (+ bonus points) If you have proven online customer success skills
