VC backed startup Peddler is looking for a Sales/Business development Intern

Peddler has created a unique and refreshing way of shopping online and offers a platform where people can choose the top brand products that they want to get offers on. We do this from a community that inspires and motivates each other.

This role requires someone who can do business, think about our long term goals and, together with us, takes Peddler to the next level. Your job responsibilities are mainly in the area of forming relationships with new suppliers (merchants) and has a B2B focus.

What you'll do:
- Making deals with suppliers;
- Keep in touch with our suppliers and customers on a weekly basis;
- Help new suppliers understand and get accustomed to our platform;
- Supporting the organization of events to increase the brand awareness of Peddler and strengthen our merchant relationships;
- Market research: listen to customers, suppliers and other parties to determine current market trends
- Develop the sales and growth strategy of Peddler and work with growth hackers to execute this strategy
- Thinking about (online) marketing activities of Peddler

Who are you:
- Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard;
- A good listener who is open to different perspectives;
- Someone who can think from the customer's point of view
- HBO or higher
- Someone who can function independently within a team;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Bonus points for demonstrable sales qualities (both offline and online).
