Your role: design and build tech solutions to increase our clients satisfaction and address the growth of our client base💡

Do you believe customer experience should be fluid, transparent and powerful? Do you want to be technically challenged while juggling multiple projects working with various teams? Are you eager to build and develop your own team?

The PayFit Customer Success team (> 50 people in 4 countries) is looking for a Lead Engineer to make sure our clients have the best experience with PayFit in every part of their journey. The rapid growth of our client base means we need to continuously integrate and enhance tools and technologies to ensure client satisfaction and customer experience are at their highest.

You will work on multiple projects within the Global Customer Success team and will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design teams. You will help us build personalized services, more targeted support services, deliver content in a fluid and efficient manner and will ultimately affect the way users interact with PayFit.

Your missions ⭐

• designing and building web solutions solving pressing customer needs
• building a uniform user interface for our self-service platforms
• automating internal processes to boost out teams' efficiency,
• integrating all customer-facing tools within the PayFit infrastructure,
• making sure the right data is captured and communicated,
• playing the role of a technical consultant to understand the exact need, then translate it into a technical solution, with actual code.
• build and lead the Tech team within Customer Success

• you are a proactive, curious, hands-on Engineer with 3+ years experience,
• you have a good vision on both front-end and back-end challenges, specs with strong knowledge of JavaScript (React.js / Vue.js, Node.js),
• you have already worked with scripts and API management and implemented automated processes,
• you are interested in mentoring junior team members and would love to build a team (first management experience obviously a big +).

The technologies we use in the Customer Success team:
Front-end architecture: React, Gatsby, GraphQL, Tailwind, Sass
Languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js
CVS and CI/CD: Git, GitHub, CircleCI

Some of the tools we work with:
Zendesk, Algolia, Google Analytics, Segment, Zapier, Pendo, among others.
