PatientPlus is poised to change the landscape of the dental and medical profession. We are looking for unique and motivated team members for a number of sales positions. If you are ambitious, professional and have a burning desire for success then please read on.

You will be capable of influencing dental professionals and industry leaders to effectuate change. You will identify, qualify, and close opportunities with new clients and continue to service existing clients. You will be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls to customers and maintaining set levels of success.
Identifying opportunities for sales and effectively presenting the key features and advantages of the PatientPlus platform to secure new business.
Maintain detailed records for all campaigns and updating the customer relationship management system with new contacts and notes.
Educate, train and motivate dental professionals for the purpose of driving usage and product recommendations by dental professionals to their patients to generate eCommerce territory sales volume growth.
Develop and implement strategic territory business plans utilizing data analytics, designed to increase market penetration, grow market share and meet overall territory sales objectives.
Perform independent sales duties with minimal supervision, responding effectively to challenges as they arise.
Build relationships with study clubs, associations, and other dental professional groups to build awareness and acceptance.
Dental experience and dental product knowledge is a plus.

Successful candidates for this role role are outgoing, eager to build a sales career and are able to build relationships quickly over the phone. Someone who has a proven track record and success in sales will be a great fit for this role. You will have a commitment to customer satisfaction, ability to set, pursue and attain goals and prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or a two-year Hygiene Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum two years of relationship-building sales experience.
Well organized with strong self-management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in business or a medical/healthcare.
Medical/Dental industry sales experience.
Experience maintaining and growing a multi-million dollar territory which includes Key Accounts.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Experience generating leads and building relationships through social media and social networks.
Presentation skills and experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Compensation
Position is commission only plus expenses. Generous bonuses for achieving milestones. Target compensation $150k+.
