Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to help scope, manage, and execute our growing roster of stakeholder partnerships. These partners include associations, quality-focused organizations, and health information exchanges (HIEs).
What You Will Do:
Working with the Convener growth team, you will lead the program management, on-boarding, and relationship development that is crucial to the success of our Convener partnerships. Key focus areas include:
• Scoping, executing, and managing association quality programs and dashboards
• Ensuring association member hospitals/providers share their ADT data with PatientPing
• Helping to manage the onboarding of, and ADT-data acquisition from, new HIE partners
• Supporting our state government affairs advocacy as needed (e.g. RFP support, strategy)
• Cultivating & deepening relationships w/association, HIE, and associated provider leaders
• Other duties & projects as assigned by the Head of Government Affairs.
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months…
• Develop detailed understanding of our existing partnerships – ROI, challenges, opportunities
• Develop a road map for each of our existing association partnerships, focusing on ADT data acquisition
• Begin to develop and own relationships with our main Quality contacts at our association partners
In 6 months...
• Secure buy in re: roadmaps from association main contacts and begin executing on them
• Schedule and complete on-site meetings with all of our main association contacts
• Secure at least 3 new ADTs from current association partner member hospitals
In 12 months...
• Meaningful progress on ADT data acquisition – target: 20-30% of available assoc. ADTs
• Develop and maintain positive, value-added relationships with main contacts
• As ADT density increases, begin executing and managing our quality-dashboard association work
• Begin helping to support the HIE and state government affairs verticals
• Position yourself and the association quality program internal expert, helping to evolve strategy, refine product/data needs, and stakeholder relationships as required

What You Need:
• 8+ years experience in (healthcare) program management and/or business development
• Strong analytical skills & a track record of developing frameworks to prioritize complex opportunities
• Exceptional communicator & storyteller to drive adoption of innovative product offerings
•  Exceptional organizational skills and senior-level relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of current trends & changes happening in healthcare & healthcare IT
• Understanding of the association quality-program landscape preferred
• Exceptional ability to balance strategic approach with results-oriented deal-making
• Experience with early-stage enterprise startups preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
