The platform enables providers to collaborate on shared patients through a comprehensive suite of solutions and allows provider organizations, health plans, governments, individuals and the organizations supporting them to leverage this real-time data to reach their shared goals of improving the efficiency of our healthcare system.

Job Description:
The Director of Sales Operations & Strategy will oversee the PatientPing revenue machine to drive continued hyper-growth across all revenue-focused teams. This person will partner closely with the SVP of Growth, CFO and the full leadership team to build and hone our go-to market and sales strategy. This person will also build and implement processes to maximize revenue generation and efficiency and build out and maintain our reporting and analytics infrastructure for all stakeholders (leadership, team, board, partners, etc.).

What You Will Do:
•Work alongside the SVP of Growth and VP of Marketing to establish and maintain scalable processes to drive sales strategy, sales process and reporting and analytics
•Manage and optimize sales and marketing technology to generate, distribute and report on leads and opportunities
•Establish cross-departmental dashboards for understanding our core business KPIs across sales, marketing and channel partners
•Lead territory strategy and oversee ongoing implementation and optimization
•Prepare weekly and monthly Marketing and Sales attainment reports along with insights as to what is working and what is not to enable planning and efficiency improvements to drive revenue growth
•Oversee commission policy and payment
•Monitor and report on the health of the marketing and sales contribution to the pipeline, program ROI, and CAC
•Oversee the marketing/sales technology stack and training team members on tools, making recommendations on new tools, and facilitating pricing/license discussions with vendors
•Facilitate the forecasting process with marketing and sales
•Create processes to monitor activities, trends, sales, and leads with a focus on analyzing and improving rep productivity
•Ensure the integrity of data in Salesforce and other sales support tools and monitoring all leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts as appropriate
•Be the visionary working with our Salesforce Administrator to create proper workflow

What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months…
Develop a strong understanding of PatientPing’s products, market we operate in and strategy
Take on full ownership of the revenue machine
Develop and implement a reporting infrastructure for all relevant stakeholders
Build out a list of priority projects to be completed over next 9 months

In 12 months…
Execute on the high priority projects to drive revenue growth and efficiency
Execute on at least one major strategic improvement to go-to market
Buildout system to identify any cracks in the machine (territory, CAC, pipeline) and opportunities for new growth

What You Need:
•8+ years of sales strategy, operations or related experience. 
•Deep experience in data analysis and reporting
•Strong understanding of sales strategy and process
•Familiarity with modern sales and marketing tech stack
•Strong presentation and written communication skills 
Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred 
•SaaS experience strongly preferred 
•Financial background preferred
