The SDR’s role is to drive new business at the very top of the sales funnel through contacting and teaching prospective customers (Small Business to Mid-Market) about Partender's solution. A successful SDR will partner with Account Executives to generate new opportunities and bring in significant annual bookings value.

You will be part of a nimble, high-impact sales team at a rapidly growing startup and should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be expected to prospect and qualify leads from our inbound funnel, potentially moving into outbound prospecting. Our prospects range from mom-and-pop operators to multi-billion dollar enterprises dealing with a costly, labor-intensive inventory problem, and you get to help them resolve it!

This is a quota-carrying inside sales role with high-growth potential. Opportunity to move into AE roles in enterprise sales, outbound sales, sales management or account management.

- Prospect inbound leads: call new signups as soon as possible from Free Trial sign-up to move a prospect into sales funnel.
- Serve as the first point of contact and help prospects understand Partender's value proposition.
- Meet or exceed weekly prospecting quotas, including dials, meetings set, meetings met, and closes prospected
- Log all client interactions in CRM to ensure activity is documented
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose/implement solutions.
- Actively work with the sales team to determine a strategic approach for key accounts.
- Identify trends and communicate with Product and Marketing teams to improve users’ sales journey
- Attend tradeshows and industry events and optimize/own the follow-up process

- 0-2 years of sales experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: You’re a critical thinker and uncover the root of a problem rather than addressing the symptoms.
- Strong follow-up skills: You’re a salesperson at heart and understand the importance of timely, consistent follow-up, taking an organized and methodical approach.
- Strong communication skills: You have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills (phone, email and in-person).
- Autonomy and resourcefulness: You take initiative and find ways to make yourself indispensable.
- Adaptability: You enjoy collaborating as a team and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- Prioritization: You can wear multiple hats and juggle tasks without losing ability to focus and execute.
- Strong work ethic: You’re conscientious, detail-oriented, and place high importance on the quality of your work.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus Points if you:
- Have experience in SaaS sales, food & beverage or startups.
- Are familiar with BANT or any other sales qualifying methodologies.
- Are bilingual: Spanish is preferred but we welcome anyone who speaks multiple languages.
- Are an excel/accounting whiz.
