Territory Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Acquires and serves property owners by showing them the benefits of ParkPlace
• Adjusts content of sales presentations to prospective clients by analyzing and understanding their points of pain.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing parking ecosystem and the potential volume of convertible operators/ homeowners.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, parking inventory, parking locations, and event-day parking capacity.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Practices consistent outreach from referrals and leads to consistently expand the network of clientele
• Creates and maintains strong, personal relationships with every client, no matter how small
• Provides historical records by maintaining records in Hubspot on commercial and residential clients.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work Hours and Salary
• Full-time hours
• Salary ranges from $40k to $60k per year

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
• Two to four years of industry sales experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
