-Accurate and timely entry of company expenses, ensuring accuracy of GL coding, fixed asset handling and prepaid expense amortization
-Prepare account reconciliations associated with AP, Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, Accrued Revenue, Fixed Assets and more
-Assistance with month end, quarter end and year end closing processes, including assistance with the annual tax preparations and other such reporting to be delivered to various internal and external stakeholders.
-Assist with documentation and research as required as well as systems implementation

Education and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting
-CPA designation preferred
-Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
-Strong working knowledge of Excel.
-Strong understanding of accounting theory and US GAAP.
-Experience working in a SaaS/Tech business preferred.
-Previous experience in a high-tech, fast growth company.
-Professional appearance, strong communication and presentation skills.
