We're looking for a candidate with a “doer” attitude, who is afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty to join our team as an Associate of Sales Operations. You will be on the team that will be responsible for providing the insights the sales team uses along with systems and tools the sales team relies on to propel the topline of Pared.


  • Drive sales reporting and performance analysis
  • Manage lead assignments
  • Grow lead generation efforts
  • Manage internal sales tracking efforts
  • Deliver sales improvement projects
  • Maintain data integrity of Salesforce and other sales systems

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of overall experience in sales, sales operations and/or business operations, preferably in a startup technology company
  • Understanding of pipeline/funnel management
  • Proficient Salesforce data modeling (objects types, field types, record types, dashboard/report types)
  • Understands sales plan/SPIFF/incentive components, best practices
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Doc reporting / modeling / forecasting
  • Usage of BI tools (Periscope, Looker, etc)
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience as a sales representative is a plus
