Paradox is a direct-to-consumer luxury organic beauty startup based in Los Angeles, California & San Francisco, California. We develop products that are equally chic, healthy, and effective.
We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Intern to work with our team to support our influencer strategy.
In this role, you will:
Learn best practices for influencer marketing including identification, outreach, coordination, through execution
Learn to analyze influencer marketing campaign data, and learn about optimizing your practices and strategies based on historical data
Get hands-on experience working with influencers
Coordinate and plan phtooshoots
Support our team's event marketing strategy, planning and sometimes staffing influencer or brand events.
Experience / Requirements:
Previous experience in influencer marketing, perhaps another internship, for your own social media channels, etc.
Excellent communicator - you’re always on your phone or checking your email.
Self-starter, always thinking ahead and how you can get there
Obsessed with beauty/skincare, pop-culture, and an educated perspective on wellness
Sharp eye for details. You are obsessed with spell-checking, proof-reading, and efficient communication.
Keen eye for design is a huge plus. As work will follow the Paradox brand style and guidelines

Although this is an unpaid internship, you’ll be learning about email marketing and get hands on experience.
