The role would be dynamic in nature and would include finding prospective clients, designing pitches, strategizing, planning, meeting prospects and closing deals individually

1. Prospect for potential new clients, acquiring and maintaining healthy relationship with them
2. Cold email as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
3. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
4. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
5. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
6. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
7. Conceptualizing the latest campaigns and strategies to deliver the best results along with budget preparation
8. Researching on competitors and keeping track of new market standards to identify new clients
9. Increasing the revenue of the Company
10. A problem-solving nature that evidences itself in the ability to put together large complex proposals
11. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered
12. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
13. Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to develop effective segmentation strategies
14. Qualifying and disqualifying leads in a high-volume environment using email, cold calling and LinkedIn.
15. Maintain Data sanctity by maintaining accounts and contacts in Sales Tracker / CRM
16. Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
17. Close new brands and cross-sell / upsell existing accounts
18. Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
19. Innovating lead generation processes by taking part in executive leadership meetings.
20. Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
