RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a director of talent who loves scoping out for the best people across a wide skew of industries. If you enjoy building an all-star line-up of startups, be sure to read further below!

- You will be responsible for one major process : finding the best talent out there in multiple geographic regions. Here's what a 90-day success roadmap looks like :

1) You are building volume. You should have at least 80 ~ 100 candidates per month that you are maintaining touch points with. Depending on the hiring needs of the startup, there may be talent represented in certain industries more than others. However, we would love to always be on the radar for next level people regardless of the specific job responsibilities they will be undertaking.

2) You are sourcing great talent, not just good talent. This can involve both volume and sales. You should be able to source at least 3 ~ 5 great, 10x candidates to the interview-stage with the founders/hiring managers on a monthly basis.

3) You are flexible and eager to source candidates from all types of industries. We are very quantitatively heavy organization, which means engineering, operations, and data science positions will compose the majority of the work. However, you should be flexible in learning new verticals (creative, customer experience, HR, etc).

4) You are opportunity-centric. This means you are sourcing great people beyond filling job positions. We expect you to reach out to people in other companies who may be on the downturn.

5) You are boundless, hungry and motivated and so are the people you bring in. You should understand the importance of culture, the company's growth trajectory and candidate-startup style fit. You should be setting guidelines for future recruiters and iterate with the founders on a monthly basis.
