We are looking for an office manager who is obsessive over two things : employee happiness & office efficiency. Are you a passionate self-starter ready to join an early stage team that's willing to scale to the next level? We are excited to see if you are interested : 

- Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow. Efficiency is the key!

- Preside over all manner of office related tasks: handle copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility service, communication systems, meeting bookings, making sure snacks & drinks are constantly stocked. 

- Help the team with scheduling, planning and travel logistics whenever needed. Even lunch coordinations will help save time!

- Onboard new employees on our digital services and office amenities. Giving tours to visitors.

- Plan fun off-sites, team dinners, culture-building events and happiness-oriented activities. 

- Help the management team with invoice payments, call scheduling, taking notes, and special projects!
