If you’ve worked at a B2B software company, chances are you’ve run into this scenario: a highly-valued customer or partner is interested in your solution, but first you need to build an integration for them. You’ve been asked for this a dozen times, so you bring it to the tech team only to see it dead in its tracks. Your engineering and product team have roadmap to build, but the whole company knows these integrations and partnerships will drive customer satisfaction, lead generation and revenue.

Here at Pandium, we’ve built a platform to solve this problem. And we’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to share it with the world.

We have felt the pain of losing deals and revenue because of missing integrations and we’ve built a platform to enable companies to deliver on these solutions faster and with less friction.


About the role:
As an early member of the Pandium sales team, you’ll spearhead sales efforts for our growing platform and company. You’ll represent Pandium in the field as a trusted advisor to our customers and prospects, advising them on solutions to accelerate their business. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with enterprise referral partners to introduce Pandium and share how we can be helpful to their partners.

Day to day, you’ll:
- Drive revenue by managing the sales cycle for enterprise accounts
- Deliver product demos virtually and in-person to both technical and non-technical buyers
- Identify new sales channels, including through strategic partnerships
- Advise new prospects on integration/partnership best-practices
- Work closely with Product Marketing to crystalize product and market feedback to actionable insights to inform product roadmap
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape so you can advise on the best solutions for your book of business
- Assist in the implementation of general sales practices and tooling

You’re a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience selling a technical SaaS product to other software companies
- You’re excited to navigate a cross-departmental sales cycle spanning business and technical buyers- our technology touches virtually every part of an organization
- Exceptional writing skills
- Experience working with or for larger software companies in a sales or channel/partnership capacity
- A desire to join an enterprise technology company at the ground floor
- Extra points for experience as a sales engineer or experience working closely with product and engineering orgs
- Working knowledge of leading sales tools preferred
