Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation modeler with Power, Steel, Metallurgical Industry exposure in Instrumentation and Process Technologies/Safety Measures/Instrument Sizing etc.

Education & Experience
B. Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 6+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• To be able to read and Understand overall Plant layout, Control room Layouts, Instruments & JB Location Layouts, Cable routing layouts etc.,
• Should have thorough knowledge on Cable sizing, Cable tray / Trench Sizing
• Experience in PDMS is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SPI, PDS & SP3D etc., has an added advantage
• Should have thorough knowledge of Codes and Standards: KKS Tagging philosophy,ISA, IEC, BS, API, ASME & ASTM,Other International Standards
• Should be familiar with PDMS Modelling of below Electrical and Instrumentation Activities.
• Instrumentation Items in-line, offline Instruments, Instrument Stanchions, JBs, Sunshades etc.,
• Local Panels, Marshalling, Control Panel Layout etc.,
• Cable tray routing
• Junction Box Locations
• Bill of Material
• Cable lists with cable routing information
• Cable tray drawings, with supporting structures included etc.
