-You will lead the events planning and execution process and manage day to day relationships with relevant stakeholders.
-Ensure the promotion of all events by pre and post (email) communication, generating foot traffic on site, lead generation initiatives... and liaise with each member of the marketing team to achieve this.
-Ensure branding at all events meets OTA Insight brand guideline requirements and goals.
-Manage the events expenditure budget, allocating resources to achieve maximum value, ROI reporting and re-forecasting as required.
-Planning, project management and delivery of event logistics for all events (Trade Shows, Conferences, 3rd party events, Roadshows with key industry -partners, own-events) across the different territories (EMEA, USA, APAC..).
-Organise events from start to finish (including stand building and development, coordinating all marketing materials, logistics, admin…), liaise with the different teams involved (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Insight) and analyse the ROI from the activations.
-Develop project plans and define project tasks, timelines and resource requirements as needed, manage day-to-day project logistics, liaise with stakeholders to ensure tasks are on track, provide direction and support to enhance cross-functional work and create event planning efficiencies.
-Manage ad-hoc projects to meet business objectives and targets.
-Maintain accurate budgets for events and reconcile project invoices and event cost reporting.
-Measure, analyse and report on the performance of all events ROI to ensure target performance objectives are met.

-Degree in business/marketing.
-Proven working experience (2 - 3 years) in events management. Strong interpersonal skills including networking and the confidence and ability to liaise and negotiate at a senior level.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to engage and deliver all elements of an event to the highest standard.
-Ability to work across teams and departments in a collaborative manner and to proactively engage colleagues on projects and initiatives.
-Ability to ensure that the multiple colleagues and stakeholders involved in an event are kept informed and engaged in the development, delivery and review of an event.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills (English is a must, other language is a plus).
-Knowledge of marketing automation (eg; Hubspot) CRM tools (eg; Salesforce) would be a must have.
-The use of project management tools (Asana) would be a plus.
