We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Manager (London)

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Operations Manager will act as ‘Chief of Staff’ for the commercial organisation. Their primary responsibility will be the strategic design and maintenance of business systems and intelligence applications for the OTA Insight Commercial organisation including Salesforce & Hubspot (add others).

This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining reports & analytics to support sales processes and measure progress against company goals. This position also provides input and support of training on effective use of these applications and the processes they support.

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for working with the Commercial Leadership Team to ensure territory alignment and optimisation, sales budgets and commission plans.

This position requires an in-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and business processes. It is a hands-on position that requires an understanding of a variety of technologies as well as a willingness and ability to learn new technologies. You will play a critical role in working with both the Marketing team and the Sales teams to create an operationally high functioning team. You will enable the sales leadership team to make data-driven decisions by providing timely reports and analyses such as: discount tracking, average selling price, etc.



What you will do:

-Coordinate training delivery for various solutions and tools to commercial teams.
-Proactively diagnose the analytics requirements of the sales organization; design and deliver reporting to meet their requirements.
-Analyse sales performance, forecasting and productivity through use of Salesforce.com and report metrics to sales leadership.
-Leverage Microsoft Excel outside of Salesforce where necessary.
-Partner with Sales Management on business planning, territory coverage strategy and compensation programs.
-Manage Sales Operations Engineer to implement technology and the integration into Salesforce Partner with Success, Operations and account management teams to ensure current and future client analysis needs are met.
-Serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Commercial Office & Sales Management on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support sales efforts.
-Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be a sales advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues.
-Work with teammates and management to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunities.
-Develop & deliver sales enablement tools (e.g. Product & Pricing FAQ’s, Sales Approval templates, etc.)
-Other duties or special projects as assigned.
