We are searching for a full-time recruiter whose work will help us find and attract both engineers and non-technical candidates alike. Your recruiting efforts will directly impact each team so they in turn can deliver the highest quality product to our customers. At Osaro we are building AI software products, which combine state-of-the-art perception algorithms with powerful adaptive decision-making abilities. Our products endow industrial robots with the level of autonomy needed to perform an extensive variety of useful tasks and integrate tightly with our customers’ complex software environments.

As our sole recruiter you will own the recruiting pipeline from start to finish. You will have the ability to build on an already robust process while having the opportunity to truly make it your own. You will collaborate with the Director of Operations, hiring managers, and executives to ensure we are able to fulfill our hiring needs.

What You'll be Doing
- Owning the full recruiting process to ensure an amazingly positive candidate experience from initial contact all the way through to a close
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and develop the requirements for our roles so you can craft accurate and enticing job descriptions and offer packages
- Utilizing a variety of tools and devising creative methods to source and qualify passive candidates
- Developing recruiting metrics and generating reports for our hiring managers and executives so they can be both informed and active participants in the process
- Harnessing your infectious excitement about the company to help close candidates by clearly demonstrating how great Osaro is
- Creating a robust interview and feedback process by organizing interview training and best practices sessions company-wide
- Managing our HackerRank code challenges and working with engineers to ensure they are accurately helping us screen for the best candidates
- Acting as a champion of diversity through all aspects of the hiring process

Experience and Skills You'll Need
- At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to build strong relationships externally with candidates and internally with hiring managers
- Experience building new processes and improving existing ones
- Understanding of high level technical concepts and proven ability to source both technical and non-technical candidates
- Exceptional communication skills across many avenues of communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several simultaneous priorities
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (we do sponsor H1B transfer)
