Required Skills, Education & Experience:
College degree with a preferred major in Marketing or Business
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong technical background
Ability to make data-driven decisions to support marketing strategy and initiatives
Knowledge of social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
Outstanding English writing / proofreading skills (spelling, punctuation, grammar, writing structure & organization)
Experience with running campaigns though social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Yahoo!, etc.), email campaigns, promotional strategies, SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, emails, web, blog, and print collateral.
Performing market analysis
Design, plan and execute high impact, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate net leads.
Manage ads through Google Ads and company social media channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter)
Create a framework with KPI's to measure success and improve performance by conducting A/B testing across all customer touch points including email, messaging, ads, social and within the product.
Use analytical insights to test and optimize top and middle of the funnel lead conversion
Specialize in SEO, CRO, or have a knack for building co-promotion campaigns with partners—and you’ve certainly delivered a significant number of qualified leads in the past.
Continuously improve digital strategies by measuring performance, adjusting channel mix and messages as necessary
Own programs from start to finish including writing compelling ad copy, creating landing pages, setting up ads, etc
Run the strategy + execution of digital programs including but not limited to Paid Strategy, SEO, SEM, Website optimization, Paid Social Media Campaigns, Content syndication, Content marketing promotion
Have extensive experience creating and executing campaigns across channels.
