We are peacebuilders, inspired and motivated by bridging divides, resolving conflicts, and helping individuals feel happy at work and in their personal lives.

WHAT WE DO

Opptimize is a start-up conflict resolution firm, providing consulting services for employees and executives, focused on mitigating workplace conflict and improving workplace happiness, job satisfaction, office relationships, and productivity. We provide access to conflict resolution experts on demand, whenever company employees do not feel they can take a problem to management or HR. This helps companies mitigate major potential issues such as lawsuits, PR disasters, diminished employee morale, employee turnover, and a culture of conflict. There is also a future model for the general public, but the corporate world is first to tackle.

Opptimize is in early Beta testing to gain proof of concept, data, and problem areas. As we work out the kinks with our Beta clients, we’d like begin developing technology to support a launch by Q2 2019.

WHO YOU ARE

A hungry CTO who is inspired by changing people's lives for the better. Someone who cares about the technology products you develop, and believes that improving people's happiness, self-confidence, and relationships is important. Someone who wants to be part of a start-up, to grow and earn as the company grows and earns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Website: Oversee general website development and maintenance, including UX and CMS.

CRM: Help develop and maintain back-end technology to create robust solutions for client and consultant scheduling and communication.

Analytics: Develop tools to analyze and report quantitatively on product efficacy, including data from client satisfaction surveys.

Client Portal: Developing secure client portals to view their account information, including analytics. Oversee information security efforts.

App development a BIG PLUS.

COMPENSATION

You will receive a co-founder’s level equity package, vested over 4 years with a one year cliff. Equity amount DOE. Once we are funded, you will move to full-time salary position with competitive compensation package.

HOURS/LOCATION

The position is totally remote and on your own time, but it's important we work with a motivated technology professional who actually has the time and will to make our product great. You are not expected to quit your current dayjob yet, but certainly this will be the goal upon funding. Silicon Valley locals are preferred.
