We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team to execute all lead generation activities. Someone who is no stranger to MarTech tools - can figure out how to use them to deliver tasks. Someone who can be analytical and assess the effectiveness of activities and use these learning in future plans. Someone who can wear a creative hat and write copy or edit video content if needed. Someone who is not afraid to step outside of marketing from time to time and get involved with projects in other parts of the business.

Headquartered in London, we have a growing footprint in Europe and North America and looking for a driven individual to help maximise our coverage.

Responsible for developing and managing activity to generate leads and support sales outbound activities

Responsible for managing all B2B marketing channels including content creation, build, publish, analysis

Repurpose or create content/collateral to support sales and lead gen efforts

Develop and manage digital activities utilising all marketing channels to optimise coverage and lead generation

Webinars - Create, build and facilitate regular webinars, working closely with the sales team

Events - Investigate, book, organise set up of external events as well as hosted events

Email marketing - develop the communication calendar and nurture programs across the buying cycle

Manage and maintain the company website, including:
- Keyword analysis
- Page optimisation
- Ranking on search engine
- Increase traffic
- Page updates
- Site performance and analysis

Manage social media channels including creating social images, write posts, schedule, publish and analyse

Provide ad-hoc support for other areas of the business when required

Keep a finger on the pulse with the latest marketing trends and tech stack

- Willingness to learn and not afraid to say ‘I don’t know how to do that’
- Great team player and ability to work on own

- Has a customer first mindset and works backwards from there to select the right communication channels and build campaign plans
- Broad background across all marketing disciplines
- Experience in executing campaigns for lead generation
- Experience using a wide range of MarTech platforms as well as creative packages such as CMS, CRM, Email, Analytics, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, Social monitoring
- Write copy for on and offline content
- 2+ years experience or marketing degree/diploma
