We’re looking for a technical recruiter to help source, screen, and evangelize the company as we scale our Organization. The right candidate will have a proven network, documented framework, and a philosophy that prioritizes people first. They will work closely with the hiring managers and the head of people.

What you’ll do:
- Learn and understand strategic priorities of the business as they relate to hiring needs.
- Develop and track hiring plans across the organization.
- Build and leverage diverse, cross competency networks for different departments and skills.
- Evangelize the purpose and values of the company to increase professional brand exposure.
- Bring recruitment knowledge to the team at large to harness network effects.
- Lead screening interviewing and staff training to ensure cultural interviews are legally compliant.
- Strategize with cross functional teams on national campaigns and university pipelines.
- Establish and lead analytics to consistently test, measure, and improve practices.

Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Demonstrated technical background with understanding and experience in working in a technology company.
- Proven ability to communicate across departments and with leadership.
- Experience with collaborative processes with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability and comfort in leading training and awareness of best practices in recruiting and screening for employees.
- Proven knowledge of employment law and requirements.
