We’re a mission-critical logistics software provider so customer success is paramount. If our customers have trouble on-boarding, training, or operating on the Onfleet platform, their entire delivery business comes to a grinding halt.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will start by getting into the weeds with our customers to understand what makes them go and what makes them slow. You will work with our sales team to transition trial users to active and engaged customers, our support team to resolve problems and increase retention, and our product team to improve the platform. You will create processes, tools, and reports to better segment our customers and own strategy for revenue expansion and churn reduction. You will implement automation frameworks to help ensure our customers are getting the most out of our platform, even if they don’t have a dedicated account manager.

Onfleet's team is based in San Francisco and graduated from Stanford’s StartX accelerator program. We achieved profitability mid-2018 and raised our initial capital from amazing investors including CrunchFund, Winklevoss Capital, Haystack Fund, Stanford-StartX Fund, Gil Penchina, Andy Rachleff, and Lee Linden.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of Customer Success experience
- Self-starter, team player, highly personable
- Exemplary communication skills
- Deep understanding of customer success metrics and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM

Nice to have:

- 4+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience
- Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry, with a particular focus on last-mile urban delivery
- SQL skills
