We are looking for a business development athlete to join the Sales Development team at One Tech. You will be in charge of targeting and attracting prospects to engage with ONE Tech and license our IoT solutions and consulting services.
Please note the top of the compensation range listed is meant to represent your total earnings if you hit your quota (i.e. not base salary only). Earnings are also uncapped (i.e. the more you achieve the more you make). Equity ownership awarded for exceptional performance.


+ You make 50+ cold calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day. In addition, you find and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence.
+ You have experience searching within LinkedIn to find people
+ You identify key decision-makers and/or key influencers within an organization across many different departments.
+ You effectively communicate value propositions to secure initial meetings with prospects
+ You articulate to prospects how our solutions can help their organizations transform their business to the next level.
+ You work with Marketing and Solution Engineering to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
+ You attend 1:1's, team meetings, training, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
+ You understand the impact our products have on our customers.
+ You maintain all activity information in Hubspot or similar CRM
+ You use rejection as fuel to motivate and push you to work harder and smarter.
+ You are a go-getter, competitive, and driven. You're goal-oriented and see the bigger picture. You don't settle for mediocrity.
+ You don't hit quota because that is what is expected of you, rather you blow past quota because it's who you are.

+ BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
+ Very comfortable selling or promoting ideas and/or products/services.
+ Very comfortable presenting to audiences either online or in person.
+ Comfortable learning and adopting new software tools to accomplish your task.
+ Highly analytical - able to discover and derive key intelligence about the prospect and the selling opportunity.
+ Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form).
+ Ideal candidate also enjoys meeting and entertaining people at networking events.
