The Executive Operations Analyst will be essentially working as our CEO's right hand woman / man. This person will be attending meetings, corresponding with investors and other high level people, and owning our CEO's ever evolving calendar. We are looking for someone who can interact with all team members of One Concern in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is crucial to this role. The ideal candidate will likely be right out of college and looking to learn a ton about operations and a fast paced technology start up. * Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports;
* Assist with projects on an ad hoc basis. Have the ability to own a project and tackle and problem solve with limited guidance. Perform technical and office administrative duties.
* Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. 
* Plan and accompany CEO to important meetings, trips, and events.
* Help lead critical cross-functional initiatives as needed
* Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. 
* Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company. 
* Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
