Account Executive$55k – $100k
Oncue is a venture-backed Bay Area start up with explosive growth. We are looking for an account executive to respond to marketing leads, sign up new customers and own the relationships with these customers. You will be the second member of this team and have direct access to the CEO and senior leadership team.
In this role you will:
- be part of a small and growing sales team - help shape the foundation for our b2b sales function
- conduct demos for potential customers and close customers over the phone
- manage and own the customer relationship from start to finish
- provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer requests
- serve as an advocate for the customers
Ideal Candidates possess the following qualities:
- a passion for helping small businesses
- determination to succeed
- clear communication
- proficient in CRM, MS Office, Gmail, call center software and technology
- 3-4 years proven experience in a quota carrying role
Person in this position will be asked and expected to visit Oakland headquarter office 1-3 times per quarter.
