Oncue is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to manage our high-touch accounts. From post-sale on-boarding to renewal, you will engage with the customer at every point of their journey. You will work closely with the VP of Operations and account managers to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

You have a consistent track record of driving customer success (adoption, renewals)
You are a self-starter, take initiative, and are well organized
You are able to identify where process needs improvement and can create process where needed
You are empathetic, customer-centered and proactive
You are obsessed with making things better and improving on the status quo
You understand when to escalate customer-facing issues to other teams
You have strong written and verbal communication skills

What you will do at Oncue:
Closely manage and work directly with customers
Be responsible for the ultimate success of our customers, including on-boarding, implementation, and renewal
Work closely with Operations, Sales & Product to establish clear goals and milestones that you and the customer will be working towards
Ensure customer loyalty by nurturing long-term partnerships
Generate, maintain and share educational resources, trainings, and best practices
Drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption and identify opportunities for expansion
Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs

Requirements:
1-2+ years experience as a Customer Success Representative
Experience using technology systems (ex. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, etc)
A true passion for helping small and medium business owners
Experience in a related industry (tech for service based businesses) is a plus.
You have demonstrated the ability to lead and develop projects/programs that help drive customer delight.
