Sales Account Executive$50k – $80k
The Sales Account Executive will serve as a primary point of contact for new leads generated through search engines, social media, inbound phone calls, and direct mail campaigns. The selected individual confirm interest, discuss product details, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
The candidate will:
Receive inbound sales calls.
Respond to direct response leads via phone and email.
Call new leads within 15 minutes during business hours, and as soon as practical for leads acquired outside of business hours.
Conduct web-based presentations and software demonstrations for interested leads.
Follow a sales protocol to make multiple attempts to reach recent inquiries.
Contact old/lost leads who have not signed up; re-engage in the sales process.
Ensure proper documentation of lead interactions in our CRM.
Participate in optimizing the sales funnel and making recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Maintain the CRM database to ensure contacts are in the optimal follow-up campaign.
Use a variety of tools to identify and engage target prospects via phone, email, mail, and social media to build relationships and generate leads.
Identify and engage promising sales targets using research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Engage in conversation and outreach on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and other relevant social media platform to drive awareness, leads and network with industry influencers.
Launch new leads discovered through social media and outreach into sales campaigns.
Make outbound sales calls to relevant prospects.
Contribute to developing protocols for engaging outbound leads.
Identify web publications that would be a good fit for ad placement or influencer marketing.
Business Planning & Benchmarking
Responsible for hitting key performance indicators including customer acquisition goals, cost of customer acquisition, provider and practice growth targets, and call performance targets
Participates in budget planning discussions. Recommends and commits to sales targets.
To be successful selling this service, you will need to establish and maintain a knowledge base sufficient to answer common configuration and support questions. Therefore, the following periodically may be part of your responsibilities:

Strong verbal and written communicator.
Calm, professional demeanor and friendly with customers.
Competitive base $50,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.
Commissions for sales made (has averaged ~$20,000-25,000 over the last 12 months).
Bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
