We​ ​are​ ​seeking​ ​a​ ​Front​ ​End​ ​Developer​ ​to​ ​help​ ​us​ ​execute​ ​the​ ​user​ ​interface​ ​for​ ​our​ ​cutting edge​ ​cryptocurrency​ ​trading​ ​platform​ ​for​ ​highly​ ​sophisticated​ ​cryptocurrency​ ​traders​ ​across the​ ​globe.​ ​You​ ​must​ ​be​ ​willing​ ​and​ ​able​ ​to​ ​learn​ ​everything​ ​about​ ​our​ ​product​ ​and​ ​end​ ​user needs​ ​and​ ​deliver​ ​against​ ​the​ ​Omega​ ​One​ ​vision​ ​outlined​ ​in​ ​our​ ​white​ ​paper​ ​through​ ​go​ ​live.

The​ ​ideal​ ​candidate​ ​will​ ​have​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​a​ ​global​ ​financial​ ​services​ ​firm​ ​or​ ​fintech​ ​working on​ ​a​ ​trading​ ​platform,​ ​​​and​ ​on​ ​large​ ​scale,​ ​high​ ​traffic​ ​web​ ​applications.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​preferred​ ​that​ ​all candidates​ ​have​ ​either​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​blockchain​ ​and​ ​cryptocurrency,​ ​or​ ​at​ ​least​ ​a​ ​strong knowledge​ ​base​ ​of​ ​and​ ​willingness​ ​to​ ​learn​ ​more.​ ​The​ ​Front​ ​End​ ​Developer​ ​will​ ​work​ ​closely with​ ​our​ ​Product​ ​Manager,​ ​business​ ​leads​ ​and​ ​user​ ​community​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​that​ ​all​ ​client-facing functions​ ​and​ ​features​ ​on​ ​both​ ​our​ ​website​ ​and​ ​mobile​ ​apps​ ​are​ ​intuitive,​ ​fast,​ ​efficient​ ​and fully​ ​meet​ ​our​ ​clients’​ ​trading​ ​and​ ​security​ ​needs.​ ​Our​ ​platform​ ​will​ ​run​ ​24x7,​ ​so​ ​we​ ​need​ ​a front-end​ ​developer​ ​who​ ​is​ ​expert​ ​at​ ​managing​ ​front-end​ ​design​ ​changes​ ​and​ ​updates real-time​ ​with​ ​little​ ​room​ ​for​ ​any​ ​downtime​ ​or​ ​failover.

Experience/Qualifications:

* 5​ ​years​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​the​ ​finance​ ​or​ ​fintech​ ​industry​ ​as​ ​a​ ​front​ ​end​ ​developer​ ​for financial​ ​or​ ​trading​ ​product​ ​websites​ ​and/or​ ​apps​ ​for​ ​institutional​ ​or​ ​retail​ ​financial services​ ​clients
* Experience​ ​reviewing​ ​Javascript​ ​code,​ ​identifying​ ​performance​ ​bottlenecks, recommending​ ​solutions​ ​and​ ​implementing​ ​code​ ​changes​ ​for​ ​performance improvement
* Demonstrated​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​prototype​ ​solutions​ ​during​ ​requirement​ ​gathering​ ​phase,​ ​and create​ ​visually​ ​appealing​ ​web​ ​pages​ ​and​ ​app​ ​interfaces​ ​due​ ​to​ ​strong​ ​understanding​ ​of layout​ ​aesthetics
* Knowledge​ ​of​ ​SEO​ ​principles
* Very​ ​strong​ ​front-end​ ​web​ ​programming​ ​skills​ ​in​ ​JavaScript/ES6/HTML5/CSS
* Familiarity​ ​with​ ​the​ ​whole​ ​web​ ​stack,​ ​including​ ​optimization​ ​and​ ​HTTP
