Who we are seeking:

Omaze is planning an exciting UK launch with a regional focus, offering a significant dream-come-true prize to support a worthy local cause. We are seeking an experienced designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design so we can deliver a successful first UK campaign. You will be the fourth person in our London office and as such, will need to be a well-rounded self-starter who is entrepreneurial and resourceful. What you’ll do:

Develop a deep understanding of our target customer and their needs
Design and develop the creative assets (marketing & web)
Partner with the International Growth Manager to create a comprehensive product & user experience plan
Build and manage a fully responsive Omaze Shopify store
Work with Omaze HQ in Los Angeles, CA, USA to leverage best-practice learnings and existing technologies
Develop on-boarding flows including multiple landing pages for different audience segments & split tests
Integrate best-practice tracking and analytics
Continually optimize product quality in campaign based on performance and user feedback
What you’ll bring:

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Working knowledge of technologies and software including CSS, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite
Experienced in relevant design software and tools
Experienced in designing successful e-commerce websites
Experience with Shopify preferred
General understanding of SEO as it relates to development
Experience working in a high growth startup where you were forced to chart new territory
Strong analytical skills required; both quantitative and qualitative
Stellar communication skills; (both written and verbal)
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, manage a heavy workload, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated examples of self improvement; you practice a growth mindset
You take your work seriously but not yourself
