OKHOME is fast-growing service startup in Jakarta, which provides premium home cleaning service for Indonesian & expat customers.

Position name : CS Staff (full-time)

Responsibilities :

- Ensure adherence to operative procedures for the processing of customer requires/ consultation (based on OKHOME service manual), order processing, and customer complaints.
- Manage scheduling of orders and general administration tasks.
- Can be a communication bridge between customer and consultant staff.
- Be able to learn fast and work under pressure
- Can work individually and in a team
- Coordinate effectively with peers and Customer Service manager.

Salary : Negotiable

Office Address : Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan

Working hour : shift (5 days per week)

Morning shift : 8 AM - 5 PM (includes 1 hour lunch break)
Evening shift : 11 AM - 8 PM (includes 1 hour break)

Education : Minimum D3

Experience : Advantage will be given if the candidate has working experience in CS area

Language : Fluent in English with minimum Intermediate Level is mandatory
