What’s this role all about?

Customer Success Managers are all about building & maintaining relationships. You will manage a portfolio of high-value merchants in the North American region, helping them to grow their businesses through the effective use of the Okendo platform.


What will you be doing?

(1) Assisting new high-value clients successfully onboard and deploy Okendo
(2) Consulting with your clients on a quarterly basis to review performance metrics, identify pain points and provide guidance on maximizing ROI
(3) Driving expansion revenue by proactively identifying opportunities to provide your clients with greater value through their expanded use of the Okendo platform.


What do you need to be successful?

(1) A love of relationship-building, problem-solving and value creation! Approximately 80% of your time will be spent speaking with clients, partners and coworkers to work through challenges and secure ‘win-win’ results.
(2) Ability to think through problems and prioritize tasks based on their relative importance
(3) A level of comfort switching focus at short notice.
(4) Impeccable communication, both written and verbal, and presentation.
(5) A high degree of commitment and resilience as you work to enable the best outcomes for your clients and help the company achieve its objectives.
