Your opportunity:
Test Asana Project Management software on team including setting up the program for use, designating who is responsible for updating projects/tasks
Creating educational documents to show team why and how to use Asana
Work with team leads to gather goals and milestones; make sure that the projects are aligned with said goals and milestones
Work with colleagues to refine and update deadlines on projects
Resolve and/or escalate issues to senior leaders
Create flowcharts to document current processes and suggested processes to boost efficiency and collaboration
Map out sales processes and lead generation pipeline; create automated processes in Salesforce for email, data tracking, and reporting

Your skills:

Experience in Google Analytics and Console
Strong experience in identifying opportunities across various funnels to optimize conversions and productivity
Experience in using data to identify, test and optimize user acquisition channels
Able to take high level strategy, define a hypothesis, and identify tests to validate those hypotheses
Comfortability in making customer outreach and support phone calls
Strong research and communication skills
Ability to set up and manipulate Excel spreadsheets to find trends
Confident communication skills
Bonus points for prior start-up experience

Your commitment:
15-30 hours per week. We’re looking for somebody who can be available 3-5 days with at least 4 hours each day.
We are flexible. You can either work in our Charlotte or remotely.

While the internship is unpaid, we work with students to support school credits. Our interns benefit from working in a startup environment, learning one-on-one from the President of OffBox's Venture iLaunch Labs. Whatever your professional goals, you'll have the opportunity to make steps toward taking your career to new heights.
