We’re looking for a driven, hardworking, strategic business development representative to accelerate the growth of our traffic ticket service by establishing relationships and partnerships of all types with relevant third parties of any size.

You’ll be responsible for determining potential partners and ideal partnerships, reaching out and pitching them, and herding the effort through to completion. This role will require a high level of grit, an uncanny ability to forge strong relationships, and a high degree of time management.

This role is ideal for a capable, ambitious professional looking to get hands on experience at a high growth startup. You’ll be working closely with the founding team and exposed to all areas of the business, while playing a pivotal role in driving growth.


- Develop and oversee strategy, day-to-day management of, and growth of the partnership initiative.

- Identify, recruit, and cultivate new partners/relationships that will expand our reach to new audiences, driving incremental business

- Efficiently track communications and progress with leads, with the goal to establish a revenue/growth generating partnership as quickly as possible.

- Determine financial and growth impact of each partnership and prioritize accordingly.

- Establish a repeatable and scalable framework through which partnerships can be identified and brought online faster.

- Think creatively to accomplish objectives.


- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment

- Excellent written communication skills - able to write fast, well thought out emails at a high volume

- Excellent verbal communication skills - able to command attention.

- Excited to work at a high-growth, high-impact startup and learn all there is to learn

- Possess sound judgment and able to develop an intuitive understanding of the business objective & constraints

- The idea of making it as easy to hire a lawyer (for any issue!) as it is to call an Uber is super compelling to you.
