ODO.RUN is looking for our first Software Engineering Lead who is fluent in code & doesnt shy away from owning a product.

We are not looking for a perfect match but ideally s/he should be hands on with Mobile and Web both platforms.

You are:

• Highly-Self-driven who gets excited when facing a difficult problem
• Have succeeded in taking at least one product to market (Android/iOS or Web)
• Passionate about building products that can change lives and topple markets.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ Years of Software Development experience
• Built a product from Scratch
• Experience with Python and respective frameworks
• Well versed with working in a cross-func-team environment
• Comfortable learning on the fly (New Technologies + Implementation)
• Writes maintainable and performant code
• Willingness to lead a team in near future

What we are not looking for:

1. You don’t want to work very hard
2. You hate things changing quickly
3. You don’t want to do more than your job description
4. You don’t like moving fast or learning quick
5. You don’t like figure things out on your own
6. You don’t like chaos
7. You aren't comfortable with high levels of exposure and accountability.
   

Education:

You have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
