Oddbox are the provider of London’s only impact-focused misshapen and surplus fruits & veg boxes. We don’t just provide fruits & veg, we help people take their first step towards shopping more sustainably, and have a real positive impact on the planet as they help reduce greenhouse gases by rescuing produce from going to waste.
At Oddbox- we are building UK's best sustainable subscription service. We are doing this by bringing together extraordinary individuals who are passionate about having a positive impact on the planet, especially the issue of food waste.
We currently deliver to over 500 businesses that vary anywhere between small start-ups to large co-working spaces.
We want to continue the rapid growth of our B2B line. We are looking for a person to work alongside our Customer Happiness Manager and Business Development Executive to manage our current clients, and support in our growth.
We are looking for a perfectly imperfect individual who has ideas, is ambitious, organised and can drive corporate sales. This role will be based in our Vauxhall office full-time.
Pay will include a fixed component and a performance-based commission component. Ability to earn up to £28k OTE
Build and maintain close long-term relationships with our customers, always looking for ways to surprise and delight them
Map out customer experience touchpoints
Manage CRM and external client communications
Manage inter-departmental communication for ongoing feedback reports
Be the main point of contact for our customers including providing excellent customer service when things are going wrong
Run our customer winback campaign
Convert unconverted leads
Converting trial week and sample customers into permanent customers
Reach out periodically to all including new customers for feedback and to manage custom requirement
Liaise with the Finance Manager regarding any queries or outstanding payments
Work closely with operations to ensure excellent order fulfilment and all-round customer experience
Who we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role in a fast-paced organisation
Be able to demonstrate success in a sales role including hitting KPI’s and targets
Be comfortable and confident working in a target driven role
Confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must have.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Proficiency in excel
Experience dealing with customer service calls and emails.
