Oakscale is hiring for a Franchise Sales Associate to be an essential part of our sales team, which is responsible for the growth of our portfolio brands in U.S. and International markets.
The Franchise Sales Associate position entails generating a franchise sales pipeline utilizing inbound and outbound channels supported by the specialized lead generation and lead follow-up capabilities of the Oakscale platform.
Day to day, you'll spend the majority of your time on the phone with potential franchise buyers/investors, qualifying them and connecting them with Oakscale's Franchise Directors.

The Ideal Candidate will have
Experience in B2B consultative sales.
The ability to describe, B2B lead generation in detail, their process for building a sales pipeline.
Comfort working with CRMs and strong record-keeping and organizational skills to match.
Compensation Structure
This position earns a combination of guaranteed draw + uncapped sales commissions.
A successful Franchise Consultant can expect total compensation (base + commission) to reach $50K - $80K+ once ramped.
