We’re looking for an Account Director to join our team. Ideally, our candidate will have a minimum of 4 years agency experience focusing on paid social. The Account Director will work on client strategy, account + project management, internal production organization, and be an integral part of the account team. Additionally, they will be in charge of handling clients on behalf of the firm, communicating with the firm’s principles on the needs of our clients. We bet you’re pretty fun, too.

Must be capable of managing social media or AdWords ads with budgets of $5k/month or more.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day needs of clients as it pertains to advertisers’ accounts, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and organized communications to the client
-Ability to manage internal team collaboration and make sure clients’ needs are being met
-Manage campaign matrices, schedules, and performance matrices
-Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
-Maintain regular contact with and develop strong relationships with key players within clients executive and marketing teams
-Work with strategists to review data to ensure metric-driven success and client understanding
-Work with client and executive staff to ensure we are maximizing client expectations within budget
-Stay up-to-date on digital marketing strategy and best practices to ensure always performing at maximum

-1-4+ years account management experience, preferably in an agency setting
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution; strong preference for a degree in advertising, marketing, or business
-Ability to work well under pressure and to adapt to changing situations
-A proactive multi-tasker with a problem solving collaborative attitude
-Strong organizational and time-management skills a must
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Comfortable in the boardroom and on the sales floor; C-Suite, marketing, and sales teams will all be clients
-A detailed understanding of the digital advertising landscape
-Lives in New York City (paid relocation is not an option)
-Comfortable managing team members
